On Mother's Day, Sunday, May 9, 2010, the eighth annual Arts in Bloom festival will be held at the Sparks Marina Park.
Moms will be treated to a special day under the sun, and take home some of the region's finest assortment of artwork, enjoy fine food and popular entertainment, and participate in a special celebrity painted plate auction featuring the works of well-known figures.
