The City of Sparks is one of the leading providers of youth watch programming for families.
Approximately 100 part-time staff members keep children engaged in learning social and recreation based activities in a fun, safe environment.
Please note that you must have an up-to-date Emergency Information Form (also download policies and rules here) on file for any of the Youth Watch programs offered. The form must be submitted to the Recreation Office (98 Richards Way) in person (for first time registrations) or by mail with original signatures.
