These flow charts depict the review processes that occur for those development review requests that require notification of surrounding property owners of the public hearings associated with the requests per Nevada Revised Statutes and Sparks Municipal Code regulations.
Those entitlements include:
- Annexations and/or Rezonings
- Tentative Approvals Planned Development Handbook Reviews
- Special Use Permits and/or Variances
