Incidental Branch Establishment
A branch establishment is a secondary business established physically separate from andincidental (contributing) to a primary business establishment licensed and physically located in Sparks. This type of business exists to support the primary business, where separate records arenot maintained, nor are services provided to the public, and no goods may be offered from such a location for sale or trade.
This license has no fees for start-up and no fees for renewal. Once issued, the expiration date ismatched to the expiration date of the primary license. This avoids confusion at renewal time. All gross receipts are reported under the primary license. The number of employees at thisfacility may be shown on this license; however in a situation where employees are counted intothe renewal fees, all employees must be reported on the primary license.
