New Business Application Fees are a minimum of $105. See General License Fees. If home based, warehousing, manufacturing, trucking, etc. are involved, fees may differ, please see Specialized License Fees. Cash or check only.
Liquor and Gaming licenses begin in the Civil Licensing Division of the Sparks Police Department. Click here for more information.
For businesses located in the city limits of Sparks, the application and inspection process takes a minimum of 15 business days to complete. For those businesses located outside Sparks’s city limits, the application process takes a minimum of 3 business days.
